I got ripped off and deceived
I made a first order. For the second order, I cancelled everything except for 1 vitamin. They never sent me a reminder that a second order was being placed for 165$ and after I changed my order, they completed the second order. I received it and that’s when I knew they had made an order without my authorization. I contacted them and they tell me they placed the order allegedly one day before I changed my next order. False. They also alleged that they sent me 3 reminder email, FALSE TOO, they where just promotional emails and reminder to complete my review for them. Now, they rather cancel my order, NOT return my money, and cancel my subscription because there is no return policy. I lost $165.00 and they lost a costumer. Moreover, head up, you can get ALL those vitamins and supplements for much less money, much more benefits, and from people that acknowledge that not always we have the money to pay that and sympathize with other human beings. I just got unemployed because I am sick. That didn’t matter at all. So, bottom line, I got ripped off and deceived.
