The survey is spot on and I received packets for am and pm that have really made a difference. I typically suffer from acid reflux and have menopausal challenges as well. Since being faithful to my Persona packs, all symptoms have significantly improved. The only reason for 4 stars is it's very expensive. Even with the price, I will continue to subscribe because I feel better!
