We recently stayed in By The Way for a golf tournament. Nisha, is absolutely wonderful and we felt the villa was our own and she is family. Nisha’s kindness, attention to detail makes her a true professional and we were so happy we made the choice staying at By The Way. The overall experience was second to none for The Tryall Club, from the airport to the villa. Top Notch. We highly recommend eating at home and with Nisha cooking you would be a fool to not enjoy. The commissary at Tryall has everything you need from food to spirits and In between. Personal Villas was a spectacular host and we were happy with there service and quick response to every need. The golf course is a breathtaking course and the service is impeccable. In addition, having a golf cart is a must and the fact that one is provided is a major bonus. My family and I can’t believe how lucky we were to have such a great host and it was truly one of the most relaxing vacays we have been on. We can’t wait until next year to come back and extending our trip next time. Just a few tips for your trip: - bring cash and save it for the tips.. 10-15% is customary for staff. Tips and daily cooking is not added to your bill.. don’t blow all your cash, save it for the end. - eat at home like a family, you won’t regret it - By The Way has Bluetooth speakers on patio where other villas do not ( it’s a major plus) -Bengie (JUTA) is a very nice man and can take you anywhere you want to go - the restaurant at the beach is very slow and food won’t be what you expect (see #2) - you can charge everything at commissary to your room and also the golf course, pro shop, etc which makes it very easy!! - please take care of Nisha because she will take care of you ❤️🇯🇲

We had an incredible vacation in PV! The staff was very attentive and hospitable. The concierge made transportation from/to the airport and to/from our fishing trip seamless. The trip exceeded expectations across the board! I would highly recommend utilizing Personal Villas for a PV getaway!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Casa Peregrina in Puerto Vallarta. We were a 20 person family and friend group with kids and adults. The listing and pictures do not do the place justice. The property and views were breathtaking. But even better was the service. Miguel and the team were attentive, kind and helpful. They truly made the vacation memorable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

BEWARE! I booked a villa for a family vacation 7 months in advance and put down a deposit. 3 days later I had to modify and change the booking for personal reasons. 16 days later I received no solution to my problem. I emailed multiple times and called. They offered to change the dates of my trip and offered a more expensive condo as a solution. I have 3 kids, a condo is not going to work. I asked for a refund and still no response. Frustrated because I had not heard anything from Personal Villas, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and within an hour finally received a call from Robert with Personal Villas. I thought...finally I can talk to someone about the issue and we can get this resolved. Robert made it very clear he had no intention of even hearing my issues or trying to come to a solution to the problem. He told me his main goal was to get me to admit I signed the agreement and policy on a recorded line. Isn't it illegal to record someone on the phone without disclosing it first? He then argued with me for about 30 minutes and told me there was nothing they could do. So they just get to keep my $4,000 even though I cannot use the villa? I understand the policy but I thought the company would actually care and help me out and not take my money just to have it. Do not use this company! They do not know what customer service is and do not care about their clients.... their only concern is about the money.

In 2020, my family had to cancel our vacation to St. Martin because of covid. Robert Cracknell of Personal Villas worked with us to reschedule our trip to 2022. He responded to all our emails and was so cooperative. The property we wanted to visit wound up in a long term rental and Robert kindly offered us a credit or a refund. We opted for the refund and the money was returned within 24 hours. We will definitely be using Personal Villas in the future. Outstanding customer service!

Listen to the customer? Help within a short reacting time? Many words for zero results? That is mostly happen. We can talk about a different experience: Personal villa is real a person! A company you can trust for the rares time in a busy life: your holiday with the family. Special partners on location organize almost everything in the same spirit. Our place we decided wasn‘t that good based on storms right before arrival. Some tech issues shown up. All things a travel partner normally does not feel responsable for….. So, We made those experience during and even more after our holidays. Personal villa will going the extra mile in any ways. With passion. A respectfull customer handling and solutions for every challenge you have far away from your homebase. So you want to have a pleasant journey?
