I love PTF
I love PTF! I am a very busy person and I hate to cook BUT I want to be in the best shape that I can be. I have tried many food delivery services and by far PTF is the best. It has good food and wonderful customer service. Usually, I communicate by Facebook messenger with any questions I may have. They answer my questions almost immediately. I have been on this plan (off and on) for two years. Typically, I average 8 to 10 lbs on weight lose per month. I am 45 years old and in the best shape I have been in years. I have referred this system to many people. Thanks PTF!

A fan BUT.......
I am a fan of the PTF. That said, they caused me some serious issues with American Express and got my card and all my employee cards shut down temporarily, due to poor billing practices. They issued a charge in excess of $275,000.00 on my amex card.

Personal Trainer Food is great alone or in conjunction with another diet plan. I do wish there were more kosher breakfast meals to chose from. Other than that, the food tastes great and is easy foe someone too busy to cook.

The food is good. The program works. I lost 38 lbs in10 weeks. My 4th order is coming up and I am happy to order again.
