BE SURE AND READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS. So, my box gets here a couple of days late. Then when I open it, everything was thawed. It stunk so bad I cannot tell you. It looked awful and there's no way I would ever order it again. So, I called and told them what happened and that I just wanted a refund and go on my merry way. But NO! They would either send me another box (never would try it again) or I could send them back the thawed, stinky food in their box at MY EXPENSE! She was nice but that's the only thing they would do. If I did that, which I did for $50 which was the cheapest, they would give my refund back. SO, IT COSTS YA $50 TO RISK BUYING THIS FOOD! If they had done what was right, I would right now be telling you a much better story of how they took care of me, even though I did not want their food anymore. Good luck people!

I love the ease of Personal rrainer Food. I don't have to count my calories and I know they food is good and in perfect portions. It is a very easy and convenient way to eat healthy.

Only been doing the diet for 1 week, so can't speak to my success yet. The food is good, and easy, and the easy part helps! I'll update at the end of the month.

It works if you follow the plan. I lost 20 pounds on it. I highly recommend it.

I give it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. When my first order came in I immediately started unpacking because the ice melt was almost gone. Though the instructions said that I could open after 48 hours and the food should still be cold. This was not the case. All of my meals were delicious. Sometimes 2 minutes don’t fully cook or warm meals because the outside of the meal was hot while the inside cold. So as usual I always add an extra 30 seconds or more to any microwaveable foods/meals.
