Sadly
Sadly, my food arrived almost totally defrosted. Contents in the box was a mess. I brought in the box as soon as it arrived. Thank goodness I did, had I not been home, it could have been a disaster! Quality of food isn't bad. Never trust pictures!! I have used personal trainer food in the past, but this experience wasn't the same as in the past. Quality control is important! Now, would I order again, yes! It's a good program, but I think it could be even better!

Great food at correct portion size
Great food at correct portion size. Everything tastes great. The vegetables are fresh and the meats are seasoned well.

I think the menu and process is very …
I think the menu and process is very easy, however their has been a few times that my food was outside of the package, and not in the sealed package.

Very pleased
Very pleased. I will note there are a few of the chicken that I feel could be better quality. 1 In particularly that was more like a McDonald's patty and was not good texture at all. It was spongy looking and not appetizing. Otherwise the quality is great. Veggies are great and several other chicken items are wonderful. Even the pork rib was tasty. It's been easy to stick to. Shipping was fast and the concern for a satisfied customer is very apparent. Will order again!

pounds melt and food tastes great
This food tastes great and I've lost 18 pounds in less than a month. We have our annual family camping trip which generally adds 6 pounds. I brought this food with me and otherwise ate low carb options and actually lost a pound at the campout. First time that ever happened. I feel "cleaner", lighter, cloths fit better, I'm never hungry, never overly full...it's just a comfortable way to eat. Did I say the food tastes great? It really does. Also, it's really nice to know that when you are hungry, food is a two minute microwave run away.
