The quality of the food is really good
The quality of the food is really good. Packaging & shipping is impressive. I like the option of ordering when & what I choose. I started with PTF a while ago when it was more reasonably priced. You increased price by $100. Wow.

The Dry Ice was gone
The Dry Ice was gone, and some of the food was starting to thaw. The packaging was probably too loose, and the food was mixed with the different layers. Maybe FEDEX could handle the package more carefully. The food product is good. It is tasteful and filling.Thank You.

Right Concept and Service
I like the food, the healthy concept (eat your meat and vegetables, not potatoes!), and the good service. I'm on a tight budget, so I look for the special deals that make the results more affordable.

This is a great plan
This is a great plan. I really enjoy the flavors of the food and appreciate the simplicity of everything. They send you the food, ask you to walk 20 minutes a day, and eat the food....that's it. It's so easy and I really appreciate not having to worry about what I'm eating which used to be an annoying experience that would occur 3 times a day. I was always worrying if what I was eating was bad for me. My husband joined me on the plan and is 3 weeks in, he's already lost 13 pounds. We know what we're eating is good for us because we can feel it.

It worked better than I hoped
I'm not a big vegetable eater so I was hesitant to try the program since veggies are a staple of the meal plan. But after completing the 28 day plan, I'm now into week 2 of my second 28 day plan. I lost roughly 19 pounds through the first 28 day plan. The simplicity of the plan is what made it work for me. No counting calories, no exchanges, no points, no preparation, NO COOKING!, etc. I just opened the freezer, threw it in the microwave and I was eating in 3-4 minutes. And the food is good to great, depending on the item and your taste. And although I'm still not a big vegetable fan, the veggies included in the plan are as good as any and most of the protein items were very tasty. I tried to do some kind of workout most every day, usually the elliptical at home or just a walk. I'm VERY excited at my pants falling down! :) I'm hoping to continue on the program until I reach my goal.
