The program has been really great? I'm experiencing great results about 1lb/day and the food is actually pretty good and filling.

Have to try it
Was pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was and how easy and fast the meals were to make. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

First week!
Great food! I lost 6 lbs and my wife lost 5 in the first week!

The food is delicious and the convenience can't be beat. I barely have any food in my fridge because I keep my freezer full of Personal Trainer Food. It's perfect to take to work, too.

Great food, great service and people, do what they say they will do!
The price is fair(really pretty good when you catch a sale), the food is great, the service and people are incredible. I would very much recommend this company to anyone that wants to lose weight or just have a convenient way to eat better. I have been ordering food from PTF for about 2 years. Anytime there has been the slightest issue they have gone above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of.

Extremely Satisfied Customer
Thank you! Everything about this program is fantastic! The food tastes great, the information and emails are so informative, and the live chat makes it so easy to get advice.
