Great Keto Option!
We are loving personal trainer food so far. It definitely follows the ketogenic diet, which is backed by research to be the best diet for both weight loss and neurological functioning. Not to mention it is super convenient, most of the options are super tasty and we're finding our favorites out of the many food choices. Also, the butter sauces are the best! This is much cheaper than the other food subscription boxes we were getting, plus no need to cook and the food doesn't go bad by a certain time. This is by far the best meal option for myself and my husband, 2 busy health professionals who want to eat nutritiously!

LOVE the free shipping
LOVE the free shipping! Huge amount of meals and pretty tasty for the cost! There were a few meals I didn’t like and they replaced them ASAP at no charge!

Fast, Efficient and quality Service
The food arrives quickly and still frozen. The process of ordering online was fast and uncomplicated. It's a no-brainer.

Food taste pretty good but...
Food taste pretty good, but the chicken doesn't actually look like chicken. All the chicken products look like the foamy 1990s fast food chicken nuggets. Also, regardless of what item I've tried, there are regularly hard things I bite into that I have to spit out. They claim that what you are getting is real "whole" foods, but one look at the ingredients of any given product and you will see otherwise.
