I bought the Rev program that should …
I bought the Rev program that should include 1-on-1 coaching but nobody emailed or called me at all. My order was delayed and although I sent email to inquire about my order, Nobody responded to my inquiry.

Great food and quick delivery!
PTF takes the stress out of grocery shopping, cooking, and meal time. The portions are already seperated, the options are fantastic and the prep couldn’t be easier!

I love this food service
I love this food service. The only thing I would recommend the company change/update is noting for each protein item if it is Keto friendly. I am on the Keto diet and this would help when choosing each meal.

This plan was a great discovery for me
This plan was a great discovery for me. Initially, I selected it to lose weight. Then realized it helped greatly with a digestive issue. I ordered it for someone else looking for a straightforward plan that was nutritious and easy to maintain. Now I maintain it for lunch at work. Varied enough not to get bored and I love the vegetable selections even more than the proteins. At home, I use them in varied ways. My favorite is to add broth, as I love soup. I am ordering another soon as a gift. Thank you,

Love the food
Love the food. Love the portion sizes. Love the convenience! What more can you ask for...oh yes, I lose weight when I eat the food and I don't feel hungry at all.

The last few times I've ordered
The last few times I've ordered. Doesn't seem like enough Ice was put in the box to keep everything frozen. Alot of water/condensation in the bags then they get refrozen.
