So simple for me....I am working full time and 56 years old. To pooped to cook anymore and always cook to much and then eat to much. This is the perfect solution for me. Food needs to be simple but not junk food or drive through for me anymore. The support is bite size as well, they don't overwhelm me with tons of information. Just a few suggested text each day. Love it!!!!

I did not receive any support to help start the diet off right Avfriend of mine who joined the same day as I did, did receive the support even though our registration was exactly the same. When I called about it, all they said is that I would have to pay for the support eventhough my friend did not pay for the support (which was confirmed when I called).
