The only problem I've ever had was because of FEDEX's delivery schedule. When I called PTF, they changed my records to say I needed extra dry ice in the boxes to compensate for longer delivery times.

At 61 I know I am setting up patterns for the rest of my life and food has always been an issue. Hate everything about it. So I thought I would try this since I have tried everything else. I got my month's order in 12 hours and, after clearing out my freezer, got started with my lunch and dinner and 1 apple a day. After detoxing sugar, no problems. I just pick a meat and veggie without looking so each meal is a surprise. Love each selection and am learning how little amount of food I can actually live off of! Not weighing but clothes feel great after 2 weeks. Less sleep and more alert. Thanks! Will order more.

The service was great, food arrived quick. However, if you don't have a deep freeze the 28 day supply is too much for the regular sized freezer. Also the quality of the meet seemed pretty low. Everything tasted pretty great though so I would recommend it to those of you that struggle with meal prep and are looking for a simple solution that offers a lot of variety.

I have lost 100 lbs on this food. it tastes great and there is enough variety that you rarely get tired of the selections. the breakfasts and vegetables are especially nice.

The food is pretty good and easy to follow especially when you are busy all the time.

Quality has declined. The PTF staff are great. I used their products several years ago... and just ordered again a couple weeks ago. I absolutely love the price and the convenience, however the quality of their meats has significantly decreased over the last few years, so its hard to give them more than 3 stars. I remember the days of big quality chicken breast meat. In the past, they would have received 5 stars from me but I'm not going to reorder again.
