Love the food, but it is a bit too much for one person as we get older our appetites decrease so we can't eat that much. You might want to lessen the quantity for seniors over 70 yes of age. Thank you.

Food is good. The eggs were better than I expected but I wasn't a fan of the sausage Patty. It seemed a little under done and was too sweet. The sauces are great, very rich which would assist somebody doing a keto regime.

I love Personal Trainer Food because it's so convenient, quick, and delicious. Their online tools are very helpful and encouraging. It really does work!

Food arrived in big styrofoam container with a big of dry ice emptied on top of the packages of food. Food was tasteless.

I'm a regular customer, and was very disappointed at the price I paid for my last order. On top of that, many of the packages of food came unsealed. (Not broken bags...It looks like the bags weren't sealed at the center seam. The ends of the bags were fine - but the fold down the center of the bag is not sealed.) Eggs and sausages are falling out into the freezer (and sometimes onto the floor), and every time I take any package out of the freezer, remnants of broken bags of the veggies fall out. I think I've lost the equivalent of more than a dozen bags of veggies that have spilled out onto the floor (or fell out of their packages into the shipping box when I was taking them out).

Food was very good. Nothing mike nutrisystem or boxed TV dinners. Canceling was very easy and never high pressure to stay on.
