Portions are perfect and the food is so good!!!! I was really surprised by the flavor since it’s frozen food. I recommend and plan on continuing to purchase.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Received the package in not so great condition and was prompted they would be replaced by the agent I spoke to. Food is not that bad and have been satisfied so far! Definitely recommend. Thank you again for the wondering service.

Convenient ordering, some delivery snags
I personally buy PTF more for convenience than for any kind of dieting, so I love how easy it is to order online, and for the most part the food is delicious. My only two complaints would be: 1) The FedEx delivery will often deposit the very large 28-day supply box on the ground floor of my apartment instead of at my door. Not being the fittest gal on the block, transporting this up to my apartment on the 3rd floor is not at all fun. 2) An 'order again' button would be great!! Being able to repeat a previous order rather than selecting everything all over again would be convenient.

The food is so good!!
The food is so good. Sometimes I wish there was more of it, but it’s a diet after all. Costumer service was excellent, food tastes great, and I’m losing weight!!
