3 day shipping turned into 5 day shipping and almost all of my food was thawed on my first order. The meats are all highly processed and the veggies soggy. The breaded meats aren’t too bad but the meatballs and burgers have a “juice” in the package once you heat it up. I dumped it out in my sink thinking it was just moisture. In the morning I saw the “moisture” had hardened to the consistency of margarine...a waxy like substance I could scape off in a big “gloop” with my finger. THIS is what I’ve been eating in my meats. Gross. Save yourself the money and just focus on portion control with better quality foods not from them.

I was excited to see the new menu with the choices of fish - I feel like I’m eating out at a lovely restaurant!!!! Seriously sooooo good!

More then impressed. I would say the portions are a tad small but shouldnt that be expected?

Great tasting food and so many options to pick from. Follow the plan and you will lose weight. Plain and simple.

I’m a returning customer and am very disappointed at how you guys changed the sauces. When I first got this you gave out four little different flavored butter sauces and now you only do one and have to pay for the others separately. I prefer fresh vegetables because frozen ones get soggy and that’s expected but when I get the discount through Groupon I can’t decline the vegetables so I have to get the whole thing. Those vegetables are hard to eat without mixing up the flavors with those sauces. I know you that still for the value of the food it’s great because when I get that discount it comes out to like 3/4 dollars a meal and that’s a steal not to have to worry about your food for the whole month because my personal time is a lot more valuable so that’s why I do it but just so disappointed in that. Other than that I love how you guys added soooo many more proteins that’s amazing. But seriously putting down that much money at one time is kind of tough you should offer a two week option and you should also offer a protein only package or even a protein and breakfast package only too that would also help some people with the cost and they can get their own veggies.
