I really like this but I wish it wasn't so expensive ..... It definitely helped me slim down before my wedding! It's just hard to keep the deliveries coming regularly when it's hard to afford. But the deliveries and notifications about them are always right on time and I always receive a a receipt via email promptly.

I was skeptical about frozen food and didn't think it would be very good. But I have been so impressed at how good everything tastes, and it has made my eating habits so much easier to stick to because the food it already prepared. I would highly recommend Personal Trainer Food.

I have been ordering this food for a years. I have always enjoyed it. BUT this last time around I've been disappointed in the quality of the vegetables. For instance theres a lot broccoli/cauliflower stems not the flower parts.

My food arrived with all the meat thawed out and some of the veggies. There were no bags of ice even on the meat which were on the bottom. All the bags of ice were placed on the top. Those were completely melted as well. I even met the fed ex delivery guy and immediately opened the box. The packing needs to be revised.

Prompt and pleasant. PTF service has always been responsive when I’m making changes in delivery. They are quick to notify me of any issues with delivery transport, which only happened once in the years I’ve been a customer. Always satisfied with the service and communication.

I started Personal Trainer Food 5 years ago and then lost 50 pounds. I continue to use Personal Trainer food to jump start weight loss during times I feel I get distracted and not paying attention to my bad eating habits. I love the freshness of the packaged food, the portion size, and best of all - - - the food tastes absolutely fantastic. This is a wonderful program and you can get support when you need it. You're the only program I trust and will continue to use.

It’s good food and it really works if you stick to it and do not cheat.
