Personal Money NetworkReviews of personalmoneynetwork.com

If your forced to use moneynetwork. Pull all your money out as soon as possible. Deposit your money in another financial institution. I used moneynetwork card for a deposit at a hotel. They will not refund your money until 32 days . These business are liars and thieves. The hotel released my deposit after 5 days. But moneynetwork will not refund your money. You will receive a different story every time you call. Unemployment and disability people are forced to use this business. I think our government needs to find another institution to work with. Can you imagine how many people they do this to. How much money they are holding and they are making money on our money. It's been 31 and days now they are saying they have until midnight to refund it. These business is corrupt and their employees are rude disrespectful liars . Receive your money pull it all out. And deposit the money anywhere else.

Hate to give them one star bc they don’t deserve it truly. They steal money off your card. Your money won’t be dispensed off card. It takes so long to get money back too. Then when they give it back they take it out your account fast and claim the merchant already paid you back and they didn’t. So sad. I would recommend a paper check before dealing with them. Not worth it.

CRIMINALS! I can't access the money in my account. They REQUIRE 2FA with a phone but the 2FA DOESNT WORK! You can't skip it! And there's no way to access the account. I called customer service. THEY STILL CAN'T HELP! How are they even allow to exist as a business???

don't ever use these people

Money Network is the Worst Card I've ever had. Horrible Customer Service. EDD switched to Money Network from Bank of America. You can't withdraw more than $800 a day. Yhey won't let me transfer Funds to my bank. They don't give you Routing Numbers or Account Numbers needed to make Online payments to my Auto Finance Company or any other Credit Card that require this information. They leave you on Hold forever. EDD needs to go back to Bank of America.
