Personal Mini StorageReviews of personalministorage.com

They got bought out by Public Storage which is a POS company they’re filthy and they dont do anything about the problem they have.. Moved because of them before and moving because of them now. Im not losing my stuff because of them again. Do not rent from them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right now I am VERY UPSET because we went to the Storage today and there was evidence of water in my Unit and once again the AC was OFF. I pay the price I do because I want my property stored in the AC and this is the 2nd time I have been there and there was no AC. The first time was last year and they swore they would fix the AC and here it is almost a year later and no AC. Did they ever even fix the AC? I pay almost $300 a month and this is not acceptable

I live next door in a condominium overlooking this HORRIBLE RUNDOWN RAT INFESTED THUG INFESTED PLACE. The Management refuses to work with the 50 residents here at our building (our homes) when we complain about the UNBELIEVABLY LOUD OBNOXIOUS MUSIC FROM (MY OBSERVATION ONLY) GANG BANGERS who rent their garages next to us. The managers say the music can't be stopped - probably until we sue them for DISTURBING THE PEACE. These thugs absolutely refuse to lower their volume on their blasting music, and act like they will hurt us if we ask them to again. It's so loud it penetrates our concrete walls. We can't talk on our phones when its this way which is almost daily. If the management is so bad they can't help the people who live next to them, then why should anyone rent from them? POOLY MANAGED AND OPERATED. THUGS FOR TENANTS. INTIMIDATION BY TENENTS TO LAW ABIDING CITIZENS WHO HAPPEN TO UNFORTUNATELY LIVE NEXT TO THIS RAT HOLE.

They keep raising my rent and added insurance into my storage fee without permission. Turning them into the Feds for fraud.

dyer boulevard kissimmee location rude ! 2 ladies at the front counter i made a reservation the night before for next day i arrived at 4:45 i told them i had a reservation for 6 x 10 immediately one jumped out, we dont have a 6x10 then i sowed a photo of my reservation she was kind of surprised and said oh but we close at 5pm anyway and not enouph time to do all the work any way . so i said fine i go somewhere else. good business practice!! hope the owner read this.

As a customer of almost 20 years, the managers have come and gone. The current managers are not very happy where they are, based on their poor attitude. (Edgewater Drive) If you call Personal Mini Storage, you have to leave a message, unless you are calling Billing. But nobody calls back. So maybe this is where the bad attitudes are hidden from the public. It seems like they are prepping the facilities for a sale soon. Is this the future of handling customers?

Manager at mini storage on West Michigan is very rude and does not want to listen to any issues with unit. She locked me out of the unit by turning off my code without informing me. I have asked her to explain why and I asked her to transfer me to her boss but refuses to saying she will get back to me and hung up on me. I will never rent with mini storage on West Michigan in Orlando. She replaced Sunny the manager who was very nice & I had no problems with.

So after a month of no return calls, I FINALLY get a call back from Joel (operations manager) at personal mini storage. He informs me that they will not be covering any of the damages to my mattresses caused by their roof leaking!!! And the insurance company just informed us that even though we had $3000 coverage they only paid $1700! My mattress alone cost $2800 and my bed was $1000! My daughter’s mattress was also $1000! This is ridiculous to say the least!!!
