Personal Mini StorageReviews of personalministorage.com

Angello and Caroline made the renting experience enjoyable and easy. The price is extremely competitive and fair. I will be staying here for awhile. RENT HERE!!

It was a pleasure treated with respect.

Melvin was awesome and friendly I drop of my truck and I entered the room with a big friendly smile…. Thanks Melvin

Angela and Caroline Ibarra I just wanna say how thankful I was able to meet some people. I have used a lot of storage places, but I’m down. This has to be the best. I’ve been here. I was here for about seven years and I received upmost gracious service for lightness and just all good pleasure to be around these fine folks. I’m sure they’re up and one of your best operators in the company. If there’s one they would say you’re a very lucky company. I have great people like this working fortune I used to own a couple companies and I know how tough it is to get good quality people again I said thank you very much for the opportunity doing this with you again Bill

I met with the Store Manager, Madeline Guzman, on a walk-in basis. She was professional, knowledgeable, and had a pleasant personality. Madeline had me set up with a unit of my liking within minutes and invited me to the store's Grand Opening of its newest, climate controlled, units today. I met a lot of nice people including the Mayor of Satellite Beach, the Hon. Steve Osmer, District Manager Mr. Joel Patterson, amongst others!

This was my first time renting a storage unit but Melvin made everything easy to understand and even walked me to my unit so it would be easy to find later on. I like that there is lots of room to load and unload large furniture, but what I really love is how clean this facility is!

Mr Angello he provided a great customer service, he make you feel welcome and he is there always to help you. Thank you

So impressed by Melvin as he walked us thru the options with the HUGE monitors behind showing how the storage units are monitored. Everything was clean and organized, is that new storage location smell???? Anyway I wanted to thank Melvin for helping us as we had never gotten a storage unit before.
