The ornaments I ordered were beautiful. My order was processed and sent promptly and I was actually sent a text asking me a question to ensure that an item I accidentally missed a line on was correct. Excellent customer service and amazing products.

I've been purchasing personalized ornaments for my family members and friends for many years and they have always been the highest quality and become treasured heirlooms.

My order was processed and shipped extremely quickly. I was very impressed that a representative called me to confirm the spelling of the name.

I’ve gotten my ornaments through this company for over 13 years. Every time they have gone above and beyond for me the customer. I appreciate their kindness and the detail of their ornaments❣️
