Amazingly smooth and well buillt
My wife has been doing Pilates for quite some time at various studios thru the years. She said this is the smoothest machine she has ever used. I agree. It is smooooooth. We purchased the nano elite. It is solid! If there is a nuclear only two things will survive: some insects and this reformer….

Thank you so much for your fantastic review! It truly made us smile. We're thrilled to hear that both you and your wife are enjoying the Nano Elite. Hearing that she considers it the smoothest reformer she's ever used—even after years of Pilates at different studios—is one of the greatest compliments we could receive. Our team puts a tremendous amount of care into designing every detail to deliver a smooth, stable, and professional Pilates experience. And your comment about the nuclear apocalypse definitely gave us a laugh! We certainly build our reformers to last, and we're glad the Nano Elite's solid construction has made such a strong impression. Thank you for trusting PersonalHour. We hope you both enjoy many years of healthy, rewarding Pilates sessions together!

Studio Quality at Home
I cannot recommend PersonalHour enough. Their customer service is top notch, and so is the reformer itself. It arrived packaged very thoughtfully so nothing would be damaged. The reformer is so beautiful - the same reformer that would be in a high-end Pilates studio. The carriage glides so seamlessly, and the wood frame is so pretty and luxe.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY
Probably one of the best investments I have made in my overall health. I am certain the quality will hold up to many years of use, unlike my previous reformer. The reformer I purchased is solid and a joy to use. It arrived quickly and packed to ensure a safe arrival. I look forward to additional purchases as needed from this outstanding company.

I absolutely love my reformer
I absolutely love my reformer! Best investment I could make. Great quality, color, wasn't all that long from order time to receiving it. I ended up getting a full reformer vs a fold up, because of all the extra parts, jump board/box/platforms! My reformer instructor friends are looking at ordering for their business from here, vs the other places, because of the quality and price vs their high priced ones they were looking at. Highly recommend Personal Hour!!!!!

Best purchase I’ve made
The quality of this reformer is AMAZING! It was easy to set up (took me less than an hour), is comfortable, and glides effortlessly and silently. The crate my reformer came in didn’t look anything like the videos they had on their site but when I called and asked how to open it, they not only were happy to help but they FaceTimed me and had the warehouse people show me how to open it. The customer service at this company is truly unmatched and I can’t thank them enough for their help. I was also able to open the crate myself after they showed me how to do it. I will definitely be ordering a tower for my reformer at some point from them after having such a great experience with them

Thank you so much for sharing this—it truly means a lot to us. We’re so happy to hear that your reformer has been such a great investment and that you’re enjoying the quality, comfort, and smooth, quiet glide. It’s exactly the experience we aim to deliver. I’m especially glad our team was able to support you with the setup. Going the extra step—like hopping on FaceTime to walk you through it—is something we’re always happy to do to make sure everything feels easy and stress-free. It’s also great to hear you’re considering adding a tower in the future—we’ll be here to help whenever you’re ready.

From beginning to end my purchase was…
From beginning to end my purchase was excellent. I ordered an in - stock reformer which was shipped in about 2 weeks. The date to be shipped was listed on the website upon ordering so i knew there would be a wait. Once shipped i was contacted via text by the delivery company to set up a delivery date. The driver came on the date and time and was extremely polite and courteous. My reformer was packaged beautifully and super easy to assemble. personal hour also notified me via email when my order was preparing to ship and contact info if needed. My reformer is built well and works wonderfully! great product.
