The PersonalHour foldable Pilates reformer is exactly what I needed & had never before seen! I've wanted to purchase a reformer for a number of years, yet they're expensive. Getting one at an affordable price, in a color (pink!), & foldable so I could get it downstairs to my basement & set it up by myself was well worth the wait. I'm happy to support an Ohio-based business as well. I appreciated the post-purchase progress emails & confirmation phone call to set up my delivery. Everything went smoothly and I'm grateful to the studio and the delivery staff. I've been raving about my purchase & hope it generates more sales for you. Thanks for your ingenuity in designing & making the colorful, foldable, affordable reformer available!

Reformer arrived quickly and was practically already assembled which was a treat! What was left to do was easy and took about 30 mins. Was not prepared for the delivery, as I didn't hear from the shipping company and the tracking didn't seem to be up to date, but it worked out. The nano elite reformer rides like a dream! So smooth and quiet and gorgeous. VERY happy with purchase

I’m an instructor with a small private studio and I purchased the Napolie. The shipping for a custom order did take time but it was shipped and delivered in the outlined timeframe. There initially were screws missing from a few of the posts but the company shipped them immediately upon emailing them. Also it took a few tries to get the wheels well balanced so the ride was smooth. Again customer support was fairly good at replying back within a reasonable amount of time. I typically train clients on Balanced Body machines. The quality of this machine is just as good if not better. Honestly it’s built like a rock. I’ve had it almost a year and it’s been great. Only complaint would be the carriage is kind of stiff , meaning really dense to lie on. A slightly more cushy carriage would be more comfortable for most of my clients. The other thing is the jump board doesn’t have any handles and it’s pretty heavy and awkward to move without them. Otherwise super satisfied with my purchase. Edit: The rear wheels at one year of ownership started to squeak badly. I replaced them and even had a handy man come out and try to resolve the issue. I ended up paying $120 to have a new carriage shipped. Still waiting on that. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. I’m worried the new carriage will do the same thing with time. Most likely going back to Balanced Body equipment soon.

Thank you so much, Malina — your feedback means a lot, especially from a seasoned instructor. We're so glad Napolie Pro has served you well and stood up to daily studio use. You’ll be happy to hear that the very recently-added Napolie Plus model includes upgraded, cushier upholstery and thicker 3-inch maple-cut wood, designed exactly to balance comfort and strength based on feedback like yours. We’d truly love to hear more from you — someone from our team will be reaching out shortly. Thanks again for choosing PersonalHour.

I have assembled the reformer and was impressed with the quality. I also love that it can be folded and stored elsewhere. I would have benefited from a direct link or copy of updated assembly instructions. Luckily, my previous experience with reformers allowed me to figure it out.

Thank you, Tracy! We're so glad you're enjoying the quality and foldability of your reformer. And you're absolutely right — clear, updated assembly instructions make a big difference. We’re actively working on improving how and where those are shared, so feedback like yours really helps. Appreciate your patience and Pilates know-how!

My Zous reformed arrived within 2 weeks and it is beautiful. The feel is luxurious and it glides so smoothly. The only issue with had was that 2 screws do not go in properly. It’s like the screws are too small for the holes. It’s where the lift bar for folding the reformer is. It’s not a big deal and I’m thinking I can just get a little bigger screw for there. Doesn’t affect the performance on my reformer at all. And with so many screws in it, this is a minor inconvenience. Everything else went together well. It took me about 2 hours to assemble on my own. Love it!

Thank you, Glenda! We’re so happy to hear you love your Zous — it really is a beautiful, smooth machine. And we appreciate you sharing the note about the lift bar screws. We’ll flag that for the team, and if you'd like us to send replacement screws just in case, we're happy to. Thanks again for your kind words and detailed feedback!
