Thank you so much for sharing this! I’m especially happy to hear that your Janet Elite Plus foldable reformer arrived earlier than expected — we always try to underpromise and overdeliver whenever possible 😊 The Janet Elite Plus was designed to give you that full studio-quality feel while still being practical for home use with the folding feature. Knowing you’re already loving it tells me it’s doing exactly what it was built to do.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review — I truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the suggestion. I’m so happy to hear you’re enjoying your Janet Elite Plus. The easy folding and solid, sturdy feel are exactly what we designed it for — studio performance with home practicality. It means a lot that you can feel that quality in everyday use. I also appreciate your honest feedback about the crate and the final assembly instructions. The wooden crate is built intentionally strong to protect the reformer during shipping, but I understand it can take a little effort to open. And you’re absolutely right — clearer, model-specific final assembly instructions are something we are actively improving. Feedback like yours helps us refine the experience for future customers. I’m glad our team was able to step in quickly and support you when needed. That level of communication and responsiveness is something we care deeply about. Thank you again for trusting PersonalHour.

Thank you so much for this incredible feedback — it truly means a lot. We invest heavily in protective crating because we know how important it is for your reformer to arrive in perfect condition, so I’m very glad to hear it came securely packaged. And your comment about the carriage padding… that makes me smile. We spent a long time refining the foam density and cushion layering to make it supportive yet comfortable for longer sessions. Hearing that you feel it’s even better than a Balanced Body reformer is a huge compliment. Most of all, thank you for recommending us to your friends. Word of mouth from happy clients is the highest honor we can receive.

Thank you so much for sharing this — I truly appreciate it. I’m so glad to hear your Janet reformer is delivering exactly what it was designed for: smooth glide, solid stability, and an easy folding experience for home use. What makes me especially proud is your mention of the video consultation. We believe support shouldn’t stop at delivery. If questions come up during setup, we want to be right there with you — virtually if needed — to make sure everything feels perfect and you’re confident using your reformer. Thank you for trusting PersonalHour and for giving us the opportunity to support you. If you ever need guidance, upgrades, or just want to explore new ways to use your reformer, we’re always here.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review — it truly means a lot to me and to our entire team. Hearing that your reformer feels even better than the one you used at Club Pilates is such a meaningful compliment. We design our machines to meet (and exceed) studio standards, so knowing you feel that quality at home is exactly what we aim for. I’m also so glad installation was smooth and that our team was able to support you — especially through the video call. We believe real support makes all the difference, and we want every customer to feel confident and fully set up from day one. Thank you for trusting PersonalHour and for sharing your experience.

This means so much — truly. Three years as a brand ambassador and still speaking about your experience with this level of authenticity is something I don’t take lightly. Thank you for growing with us and for believing in PersonalHour through the journey. You’re absolutely right — many of our reformers are made to order because we focus on craftsmanship, customization, and quality control rather than mass production. That can require patience at times, but our goal has always been to deliver something that feels worth waiting for. Hearing you say it’s “completely worth the wait” tells me we’re honoring that promise. Your words about the team standing behind the product are especially meaningful. We work hard to be responsive, transparent, and supportive long after delivery. That long-term relationship is what matters most to me as a founder. Thank you for representing the brand with integrity and for recommending us to others. We’re grateful to have you as part of the PersonalHour family.

Thank you so much for sharing this — and I’m truly happy to hear you love your Janet Elite Plus Foldable 😊 That means everything to us. I’m very sorry, though, that your experience with Estes didn’t meet your expectations. While we don’t control the freight carrier’s internal communication processes, we absolutely take responsibility for the full delivery experience. If their communication fell short, that’s something we want to know and address. We choose freight partners based on coverage and equipment safety, but feedback like yours helps us push for better service and continually evaluate our logistics partners. I’ll be sharing this internally with our operations team so it’s documented and escalated appropriately. Most importantly, I’m glad your reformer arrived safely and that you’re loving it.
