SCAMMERS! Personalised printing on a mug failed. They stated that they do not accept returns 30 days after delivery even though their product FAILED. Disgusting company. SCAMMERS! THIEVES!

Company sent notice that item was shipped on 12/21/23. However, DHL did not receive item until 12/27/23. Personal Fury only created a label but did not ship for six days. Still waiting for my package 1/8/24 Poor management practices to say the least. Do NOT buy from this company.

Very disappointed that you don’t stand behind your products/service. Picture of my dog on shirt had one ear missing. Was told I received a confirmation email and if I couldn’t find it they would resend it. I never received the first one and I don’t know what good sending it to me now would be. Told I received shirt on the 12-9 and had for a month. It was a Xmas gift so I didn’t wrap until the 23 and that’s when I seen the problem. Was told I could get a 30%discount on a new shirt. Why would I want to order anything else when you don’t stand behind your products. Obviously something went wrong with this order. Why would anyone think a customer would want a shirt with picture of their dog missing an ear.

Never received my item. I should have known this was a scam. I’m not the only one not receiving their items!

I ordered an ornament with a personal photo on the back. Almost half of the photo was missing and the rest of the ornament was left blank. When I reached out to them they said it was my mistake and that it was the picture that I sent in. However, I never received an e-mailed receipt of the way the picture was supposed to look. There is also no phone number to call and shipping took forever. Would highly NOT recommend using this company.

Pretty simple issue. I placed an order on November 27th (not an extremely large order, three items total) where shipping is frozen. I recieved a note on December 1st that they had shipped but progress has been frozen since then. I contacted customer service on December 10th and was told to wait a week for an update. It has been a frustrating process. UPDATE: Still no item. It has been 21 business days and it is 'in transit'

My order showed up with the wrong date on it. When I emailed support, they said it was my error and sent me my deliver co formation stating it was my order confirmation and I had entered the wrong info and they would not be taking action. The order confirmation I received had no item details on it. I would never recommend this site to another, a sentimental Christmas gift for my daughter is now ruined.

PersonalFury sends your package the slowest, cheapest way possible. They send it via UPS to your post office, which then delivers it to your home adding over 4 days to the delivery. So rather than send it via UPS or USPS they do a cheap, incredibly slow version of both. Infuriating if you need a gift by a certain date. I contacted their customer service several times and had two inquiries opened. Each time I received the same reply which was basically tough, this is how we ship things!! When I placed the original order I emailed about their shipping to make sure I would receive the item by a certain date. Update!!!! I received the shirt a day before I needed it. I have no idea why or if the company intervened, but I was so happy to get it early. That said, the tshirt is really, really long.
