We had a comedy of errors with shipping. First package said delivered but we never received. PersonalFury helped reach out to the shipping company and did everything possible to find it. Once we knew it was just missing they sent another for free and the same thing happened! I reached out again because we did not get the delivery and our security system showed no delivery at the time it was stated. Finally we figured out that two numbers were flipped and a neighbor down the street had it. This company did everything in its power to get me the package and went above and beyond to help. Absolutely wonderful customer service and the product turned out beautifully.
