I have tried ordering an eras shirt with my dog, love the design. The first shirt the black ink washed off immediately (even after following specific washing instructions) Their customer service (which is quick and helpful) sent out a second shirt for me. This one instead of the ink printed on the shirt had a weird plasticy feel and was smudged like it had been packaged while still hot. Customer service has emailed me back already and hopefully can get this fixed

The order that I made for delivery to my home address arrive just fine, however the order that I made to be delivered to my son's address in the UK was only half delivered. One package arrived and another just disappeared....not yet found!!!

I ordered out fit on December 10 2022 and still haven't receive it

I made and paid for a tshirt and 2 hats about 3 weeks ago, and i have been told my order has been fulfilled 14 days ago, but i have not received ANYTHING except more emails to buy stuff...i want my first order!!!!

Promised delivery for mother's day - got it three weeks later - had to then buy another present instead on Saturday just before Mother's day

Today, after 26 days, I finally received my two T shirts (one for my wife & one for me). They are Amazing, sweet, original, accurate, detailed, well fitting and they brought tears to our eyes. The communication was way less than great... But... if the company improves on the shipping & communication... I can only recommend that you will not be disappointed in any way. We LOVE these shirts. And we still have more beloved dogs that have passed on over the last 30 years and just might buy a few more shirts. If you like the way the T shirts looks... you will probably Love yours when you receive it. Thank You for a Wonderful Gift... we gave ourselves.
