Fast friendly service. They kept in contact from order to delivery. Photos were a little dark, but that could have been due to our selections.

I ordered a shirt for my MIL and she loved it, the price and ease of website ordering was great. My only issue was shipping and communications. I ordered on 4-16-24 and a tracking label was created and nothing was shipped until like may 6th which made me nervous. Everything arrived ontime, but when I inquired I was told the shipper was backed up yada yada which really wasn't the case the shipment was never sent yet. All was good in the end I would suggest quicker shipping after an order is place.

Why was I charged an international fee when your company is in CA? This info should be disclosed when ordering.

Love the Halloween Butttercup T-shirt. There are lots of choices and colors -even though they lost the order in their database - after the re-order T-shirt was promptly filled and delivered

the product itself was really great but the shipping was very very slow--three weeks or more isn't a good thing!

PersonalFury is a fun store with plenty of options for animal lovers. I bought one of their cat sweaters as a Secret Santa gift and she loved it. Overall, I would give it 4 stars out of 5. Product Variety - 4 stars I scrolled through many of the customizable petlover options. Great selection of apparel, mugs, etc. I particularly like the customizable cat design options that are "cartoon cats", though some products only offered more photo-realistic cat designs which only had a small pool of options (none of them looked like any of my 6 run of the mill shelter cats, which was disappointing). I wish there were more design options for cartoon dogs, too. Also, it would be wonderful if you could add options for angel wings on our pets' images to memorialize those who crossed the rainbow bridge. Product Quality - 4.8 stars Excellent quality! I bought mugs, sweaters, and a pillow. My only nit-pick is not to do with the quality/durability of the material (they're great). I only have a problem with grammatical errors on some products. For example, one of the quotes on a Pet Loss Memorial Stone says "Goodbye are not the end." It should be "GoodbyeS are not the end" or "Goodbye IS not the end." There were other products with similar errors, but I would say that only ~10% of the products I liked at had a grammatical error. It's minor and can go unnoticed, but it's one of those things that I can't ignore once it's been pointed out to me. User-Friendliness = 3 stars I know I'm nit-picking here, but it was a pain entering all 6 of my cats' names and faces to each item. I wish I could log in and the website would save my inputs for future shopping. Plus, I wish there were more filter options to find products. For example, if I want to browse cat mugs, I can filter products to mugs but I can't narrow it down further to weed out the Father's Day mugs. I see that there's an option for me to filter it to just cat mugs, but the page wouldn't update based on my selection. I was doing everything on my cell phone (Chrome web browser), so maybe it works on an actual computer. Shipment Speed - 4 stars I placed my order on 11/30. When placing my order, the website estimated that I would receive all of my items by 12/14. My packages shipped 12/8, and the last one didn't arrive until 12/19 (5 days after the estimate). However, this was during the holiday rush, and I think I would've received my order on time if not for that. On the plus side, I got them before Christmas and the shop gave frequent updates about the status of my order.
