The Happy Fathers Day tee-shirt that says "Thanks for picking up my poop and stuff. Love Ozzie" was a great success. My husband loved it. But I bought an XL and I should have bought an XXXL. Can I still get this?

They will not get this to you in time, and they do not send out tracking, nor have a phone number you can call for assistant, would never buy from them againl.

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong sized item. I can't use it but they don't care. The correspondent, Riley Perry, was rude and blamed their incompetence on me! Never again. Shop elsewhere.

Everything written about their customer service is true. Horrible and could not care about making the customer happy. I purchased a shirt. Not only was the quality of the shirt cheap, but the graphics looked like they were screen printed by a 5 year old. I requested a refund and they said no.

Ordered a personalised mug for Mother's day in Australia from our 2 dogs, on the 20th April 2022, Mothers day was on the 8th of May we are now at the 18th of May and it still hasn't turned up, I cannot track as to where the mug is, you have a lot of good reviews on your site but I am very disappointed as you did state it would arrive in time for Mothers day in Australia

Horrible customer service, they will not work with you! Absolutely the worst company I have ever ordered from! They don’t care about the customer only about getting their money! Don’t waste your money and this company!

My past experiences with PersonalFury have always been good. However, after ordering what was labeled as an indoor/outdoor rug, the product I received in no way matched the description. It was thinner than rugs I have inside, and would no way work outside the front door; the design (Don’t knock, I know you’re here, with a picture of a dog) is clearly meant for OUTSIDE a front door, but the wafer thin rug is not. The response I received from customer service was basically a brush off, telling me it is listed as an indoor/outdoor rug, and that I should check my personalized design before ordering (which would have showed the image created, not the thickness). And when I tried to leave a one star review on their site, my comments and rating mysteriously disappeared. I will not purchase items from this company again - they seem more interested in money than in customer satisfaction.

I never receive my package. Says it was delivered cannot get an full refund or a new item. It supposed to send off with USP then they diverted y package to USPS postal. The post man never ring a doorbell. I don’t know exactly where he drop my package and I don’t have cameras in my door but today after this incident I will be installing now
