Very poor customer service communication. I have not received my item. Ordered 6 weeks ago. Emailed several times. First email very rude . Delivery takes far too long. Now lost. No refund offered. Please do not order from them

i placed an order not knowing i missed the cut off date for Christmas delivery - i have been sending emails telling them i will pay the gazillion dollars it will cost to overnight or 2 day air to me and instead they assumed i wanted a refund and stopped my order - i have been desperately trying to get in touch with them and they don't respond i keep asking for them to let me know the status and they cant even answer that question - - i am so frustrated - not good service!!

I placed an order at the end of October and should have received it by now. I tried to contact the company as my order has been stuck in transit for the past 4 days in 1 area and almost now 2 weeks in transit. I do not and can not get proper updates on delivery. When I order something and it says and you pay to have it by the date given only to be told well nothing can be done but wait.... PATHETIC. Oh and let's not forget NO ONE TO SPEAK TO ONLY EMAIL... THATS BS.

The picture came completely washed out and the colours completely change the look of our pup. This product was very disappointing and I have requested a new one be printed, or a refund, as the website’s images are completely NOT representative of the quality of product that was received. Nothing has come of this request, nor any attempt from the company to rectify anything. Would not recommend anyone purchase from this company. Terrible customer service.

*****BEWARE*****DO NOT order from this company. They are out of Singapore and when they do not send accurate information and you reach out to them they are rude. This is a very incompetent scam of a company. I am sure the item I ordered (if it ever comes) will look like it came from a gumball machine and that is being nice. Absolutely rude company, employees. This is their reply to me because I followed the shipping information THEY sent to me....Hi Chantal, CK1 is a valid carrier, from China, and you must know their website to track the order, which you did not. So it is not a fraud just because you have little knowledge about all the carriers in the world. Feel free to put the tracking number you have to this website: ..... So your accusation for "I would like my $32.90 credited back to my card. The tracking number has proven this is a fraud and no items have been sent to me." is false, and a refund will not be issued.
