meter not working,called in and reported, did the check with one person, then transferred to another one, did the check meter procdure then I had them call me back and went thru again, I am talking about who where when again that was the 3rd time, by now I am very upset and said to her if you want to send me another one or not and hung up

The service is excellent. Testing daily has kept my numbers foremost in my mind causing me to monitor my sugar levels. The monthly call lets me know how I am doing and suggests ways to improve. Excellent Service

From a skeptical internet user!!! I don't sign up for much on the internet but this company intrigued me, and it was FREE. So I have been a user of their services for about 8 months and this company has surpassed all expectations! WHEN THEY SAY IT'S FREE, IT'S FREE. Supplies, plus a free Bluetooth enabled glucometer, counseling, your own Nurse, constant monitoring for low or high blood glucose, health checks, nutrition counseling, did I mention free testing supplies each month??? Update, I have gone from a 7.3 glucose reading to a 6.8 to now having just been tested by my primary to a 5,5!! I am stunned.....

I did not get an answer as to how much it would cost to use service???!!! I had to cancel because no one would tell me a specific amount. I didn’t want to cancel however no one gave me a transparent answer to my query “ how much will you charge”???

The nurse explains so very well , she’s so polite with a courteous and very knowledgeable of what she’s doing . She made some suggestions on how improve my BG to maintain to the normal level. She also suggest to eat more vegetables and lessen my carbohydrates intake.I’m so happy to talk to her because she loves her patients and really knows what she was doing.

I have experienced excellent support services from Perry Health, It is so good to have to be accountable for your actions when it comes to maintaining your blood glucose levels. My motto is think before you eat. The monthly wellness checks are very helpful in setting goals for yourself. I have been successful in bringing my A1C from 8.2 to 6.3 Not having to worry about supplies is another advantage of Perry's services.
