Perro AirReviews of perroair.com

Chuck & Sarah at Perro Air helped us get our dog Bubba to Panama recently as part of our international move. We have to say the service and experience was top notch!! 5+ Stars all around!! Communication was via email, which was nice so you could always refer back to the conversation when you forgot something. There are a lot of moving parts, stress, and documents to complete when moving overseas. Perro Air made this part of our move SO EASY & PAINLESS. Which was good for my wife Noreen because Bubba is her world and she worries more about him than me or herself. If you're looking for the easiest, friendliest company to get your pets to the Caribbean, Latin America, etc. Perro Air is the service you want to choose. They even recommended and coordinated with a local Pet Relocation Service in Panama that met the plane and escorted Noreen & Bubba through the in processing portion of arrival.

Perroair delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. We used their shared private flight service to bring our senior golden retriever from Florida to Santa Marta Colombia, and everything went flawlessly. The aircraft was extremely comfortable, the crew was attentive and kind, and the team handling our paperwork in Colombia was very efficient and knowledgeable. They made a process that could have been stressful feel very smooth and easy. We’re truly grateful for their exceptional service and would recommend Perroair without hesitation.

Flawless customer service from inquiring to landing. They took all the stress away and handled everything like pro’s. From take off to landing we and our dogs were treated like vips. Upon landing the crew took us through customs and the terminal effortlessly and even helped load us and our dogs into the shuttle. I highly recommend Perro air and will definitely be using them in the future

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Perro Air. From the very beginning everyone was incredibly kind, loving, patient, and supportive. Traveling internationally with pets can feel overwhelming, but Perro Air made the entire experience so much easier. Every step of the way, we felt supported and cared for. They understood that our animals are not simply pets, they are family, and they treated them with that same level of love and compassion. The communication leading up to our flight was wonderful, and the team helped guide us through the process and answered our questions along the way. On travel day, their kindness and calm approach made such a difference. We never felt rushed or like we were just another passenger. What stood out most was the genuine care they showed for both the animals and the people traveling with them. You could truly feel that this is more than a business to them. They understand how emotional and important it is to safely move your animals, especially when you are making a major international move. We are incredibly grateful to Perro Air for helping us get our entire family safely to Panama. They were kind, loving, professional, and supportive every step of the way. If you are considering traveling or relocating internationally with your pets, I wholeheartedly recommend Perro Air. They helped turn what could have been one of the most stressful parts of our move into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you, Perro Air, for taking such wonderful care of our family. ❤️🐾✈️

I've flown with perro Air 3x in the last 6 months. Very limited choices out there. But each time they have made me and my dogs have everything we needed. They helped with accommodation and helpers with paperwork and such. Sara and Chuck are salt of the earth people and you can tell this isn't just a job for them it's personal. You feel that personal touch. Traveling with them is like traveling with family.

Good communication. Excellent contacts. Clear direction for preparing the dogs for the experience. Also clear instructions for baggage. We used Perro when we moved our two big dogs to Panama. Now due to family issues we are moving them back.

I have flown with pets on commercial airlines in the past and there were always worries about having your pet separated from you during the flight. This was truly one of the best parts of our relocation, and stress free for both me and the dog. Chuck and Sarah are amazing and you can see that they truly love what they do. Thanks for the goodie bag once we landed. The treats were gone by the time we got to our home. Pura Vida!

Gary and I were so happy with our experience with Perro Air back in October of 2025 that when it came time to move Gary's two dogs, we didn't hesitate to contact Perro Air again. Chuck and Sarah are wonderful to work with. Everyone did so much to make the trip comfortable and stress free for us and our pets. Thank you Perro Air!!!!
