The only reason I didn't do all 5 stars is because the gift message was printed right on the actual order receipt. A suggestion: make a separate paper printing. Otherwise....GREAT!

Loves the various product offering. My items were packed well. I was there was a little more detail in the product descriptions, specifically the dimensions of the item, for reference. Shipping left much to be desired thou. The number of facilities it stopped at on its way to me was a bit much and if it didnt make all those stops, would have probably gotten to me sooner.

I received everything I ordered! The only thing I was disappointed in not seeing was the fingerpuppet monster with a packing peanut in it's mouth! It's always been a delight to find in my box! Oh well,

I placed an order that was never delivered and I cannot reach anyone for assistance. UPDATE: They made good on their promise and replacement item was delivered. Not the greatest communication but they honored their word so upped their rating to a 4.

I bought from here because I was looking for some specific products that otherwise couldn't be shipped to the UK. Thanks to Perpetual Kid I could still get them! They arrived in about two weeks, which I believe is a reasonable time and it was also within the estimated time. The only feedback I have is to not put the receipt on the box. I bought something as a present for someone in the same house as me. If they had taken the package when it was delivered, they could've seen exactly what was in the box and this would have taken away the surprise.
