PermatanReviews of permatan.co

I've ordered from permatan in the past (before they changed) and I didn't realize that it was no longer the same company and product. I ordered again and it absolutely didn't work. I got fried. I found out from prestige tan that they *used to be permatan* and they have changed names. The current permatan is apparently a counterfeit company. Definitely use prestige tan. Permatan did nothing for me. Smelled the same, gave zero results.

I never received my order. The tracking shows the package was returned to the sender because it did not meet overseas customs requirements and never even left Australia. The company advertises U.S. locations, but my order was shipped internationally and failed before delivery. I reached out multiple times by email and text and received no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I never received my products or my money back. I also do not get any answers to my emails!!! The worst customer service!

Does not work. Used 3 times a day for a month and no change. This is after waiting for almost a month to get it. Total waste of money and time. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

This company is a scam!!!!!!!

I ordered a product on 2/15/24 and still haven’t received it over a month later. When I went to the website to see who o could contact about it, the website is shutdown!

I don’t feel like it did anything I used it as instructed with no result.
