I ordered direct to avoid Amazon delivery services and my order was fulfilled by Amazon anyway. We received shipments of 1-2 keyboards for about a week before my order for 38 was received complete. This is disruptive for our receiving department. Also, I would have ordered more but only 38pcs were available. They genuinely make decent keyboards, but I would like to give a special shoutout to their customer service. Last year, I had an experience where my keyboard feet broke, and they were more than happy to send me the STL files so I could 3D print the replacement legs myself. I see this as incredibly consumer friendly and really helps extend the longevity of their products
