The service provided was good and friendly. But that’s not entirely why I’m writing. I Ordered a decant of a couple of hard to find fragrances SWY Sandlewood & Oud. From the moment I first smelled them I recognized they were counterfeits, because they smelled exactly like the other counterfeits I’ve had previously, particularly when I compare them to the original that I have. However, to be transparent the other fragrance I ordered was légitimité. My point is be careful when purchasing-and to the decanters-make sure you are authenticating what you are sending out. Response to sellers comment: Only strange if you lack context and the ability to understand nuance. I love the SWY fragrance, my bottle is running low, and because it’s impossible to find i ordered decants. I typically hold onto a small portion of my hard to find fragrances to test and compare them against newer batches or counterfeits. My buying habits aside, let’s focus-and keep the main thing the “main thing.” The fragrance sent to me (in my estimation) is not what it’s said to be; and I think any credible, respected, and independent nose can make that distinction. And I challenge you to prove otherwise. And don’t brake your arm patting yourself on the back for abiding by your own stated refund policy. a 20% restock fee for 2 bottles that were never opened is hardly gracious. Now what I find strange is every other credible decanter is out of stock of these fragrances, however you for some odd reason have plenty.

This is accurate except for the fact that we only use authentic fragrances purchased from authentic/authorized sources. You can check the other reviews of these items on our site, and they are positive except for the 1 on each fragrance that just simply didn't enjoy the fragrance. One of the items on this order was 3 x 10ml of the same fragrance. That seems a little strange when a person claims to already have the full-size fragrance. Also, the customer conveniently left out that a refund and return were processed per our return policy. ADDED: "Main thing": the reviews on our site disagree with your nose, and we've shipped these out dozens of times including at least 8 shipments this month with no other issues. We're not patting ourself on the back, this is our return policy that you agree to when purchasing. Once a decant is sent out it can be changed by the recipient which is why we don't normally take returns at all except on our 30ml because they are a crimp-style neck and collar that can't be opened without damaging the bottle. So, because other decanters are out of stock our inventory must be fake? This is doubly false because a simple search show's plenty of options for both SWY Sandalwood and Oud. Each person can decide which are "credible". We don't use any fakes or dupes, and we never alter the fragrances in any way.
