Pésima experiencia, hice una compra por 2 fragancias y me llegó solo 1. Ingenuamente accedí a realizar otro pedido para que supuestamente me repusieran el frasco qué no llegó en esta segunda orden, sin embargo, después de poco más de 9 meses, aún sigo esperando mi pedido. Al principio si respondían a los mensajes diciendo que estaba atorado en la aduana, pero después de los 6 meses, dejaron de responder. Poco más de USD $200 botados y desperdiciados. Debería de existir una manera práctica para poder hacer que investiguen este tipo de páginas fraudulentas, para sacarlas del mercado. Me escriben y me dicen que se reestructuraron desde el 01/12/2023, pero lo que quisiera es que me digan cuándo recibiría mi pedido, cuándo realmente lo piensan enviar y para cuándo lo estaría yo recibiendo, y no excusas de los "problemas" que pudieron haber tenido.

Ordered a rare and discontinued Jpg classique essence de parfum, the order took 1 month to process. When it had arrived it was shipped in a tester box. However the perfume is counterfeit. The bottle has faults including a straw that doesn't touch the bottom. There is no batch code The word tester is written in white ( Jpg engrave tester under the bottle.) The most subtle tell is also the misspelling of "classique" which they spelled as "classiqua" Perfume is basically just for display. Overall thoroughly disappointed.

Do not order from this website! This is too good to be true and is a fraudulent business. No customer service contact number to call. When emailed you get the same generic response. This website needs taking down. Also my perfume was fake. In response to their reply below 9.12.23
