I ordered from this website and Company and they sent me broken glass

I was suppose to receive three items. I only received two. The communication was horrible because I explain the problem through the chat, and I didn't receive any help. My problem wasn't solved. This was my first time buying at perfume headquarters, but I'm never buying again.

Received expired product!

I am deeply disappointed in this company. I hardly ever place orders online but I read good reviews and decided to give Perfume headquarters a try. I really wanted to try Arabian brands and they shipped within the US. I placed my order, money was deducted from my wallet and I received an email that my order would be shipped. Immediately afterwards I received another email that my order was cancelled. Without any reason. And there seems to be no way of contacting them, no email adress. I really saved doe a while to present myself some nice perfume. It's terrible that companies do this to people. If you have no intention to ship to the given adress, why collect money?? I would never recommend this to anyone. Do not advertise shipping if is how you work. So disappointed 😞
