Bad expérience
I had a bad experience with you where your perfumes don't smell good, they're not consistent, the scent doesn't last even after 5 seconds.

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, which was a very convenient thing because I had just run out of the cologne I was using. But the only thing I didn't like was how i didnt get any samples of any other colognes

Wrong size bottle sent but resolved
I ordered a 100ml size bottle of a certain fragrance and unfortunately received only a 10ml size bottle. Not sure how this happened since the listing clearly stated a 100ml size bottle. I did contact perfumegiants and they did say that they would send me a full refund. So customer service was fast and as soon they send a full refund I will be upping the star rating. Update: PerfumeGiant gave me a full refund for this. Their response was fast, and they handled the issue quickly. I’m updating my rating to 4 stars because of their quick response in resolving the issue. Even though I received the wrong item, it was shipped quickly, and they made things right by issuing a full refund. I will be shopping with them again.
