Don't buy from them.

Bought some perfumes on 11/26 I received an e mail on 11/28 saying my order was shipped via Fedex. I live 20 miles away from the company still have not received it. called Fedex and only a label was made. Called customer service and they could not give me an answer to anything asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was too busy for me. I have been buying from these company for years I usually get deliveries in 2 days due to the proximity, they can't even tell me when will i get this package. I am flying out tomorrow so I guess I will have to go to duty free and buy the perfumes That i bought from them to give as gifts. Their customer service has become horrible.

I never revived my order. Costumer service lied to me two times. Now I'm trying to get money back. Thanks I paid Pay Pal.

Ordered perfumes, received package and was missing 1 perfume, and they actually wouldn't do anything about it because in their system it showed perfume was shipped. Really poor customer services, no service guarantees, BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Please shop from really reputable companies.

The perfume i ordered was delivered within a reasonable time span, nicely packed without any damage and ready for use.

Their customer service is mind blowing.

I purchased a 3.3oz bottle of Oscar De La Renta, What I received was a bottle that was only 1/3 full of imitation perfume it was "pee" yellow. Even the bottle itself had flaws. :/ The only help they offered was I could return it with a 20$ restocking fee. ;) Be aware!
