Just needed one thing and didn't want to mess around to try to get total up to $50 for free shipping. $10.00 seems like a lot to ship a piece of foam! But the site was easy to navigate and the prices seem good overall.

I had to call twice while trying to place my order online. The two representatives who I spoke with were very helpful but it took them some time to figure out the answer to one of my questions. That was due to insufficient product descriptions. The other question they were able to answer right away but there is no way you would know the answer without calling them. This problem was due to an issue with ordering a product for a not-for-profit with a tax exempt number. I would imagine that they are getting a lot of school orders and would include instructions on how to order for organizations which are tax exempt.

This is the second time that I received a free shipping offer e-mail, and the second time that the shipping was not removed from my order total. The first time I had to contact them to get it, so far I have not done that for this order, but it is annoying that this extra step must be taken. Wish this promotion would just work as advertised.
