It popped up after my checkout was otherwise complete, and didn't specify which product contained cancer-causing agents, which thankfully are required to be disclosed in my state. Your customers are understandably concerned about health. You should put pressure on your Chinese suppliers to manufacture products that do not contain carcinogens.

Good product descriptions and easy checkout once you find what you're looking for. There are so many categories and products that I was a little overwhelmed trying to find the resistance bands.
