Overall... web ordering experience was straight-forward and easy. Very surprised of the high shipping cost. With most websites... for orders over $100... the shipping is free. Look forward to receiving the work-out bands. I have used the product at Ortho-Neuro Physical Therapy. Your website was given to me by the head of PT. Tough to provide complete rating until I receive the product.

I like what the company offers and I received a 15 % on orders placed over $79. I was looking for the equipment I use in my PT office. The one problem I had was putting in my additional discount code that was offered on the heading of my shopping form - Cl1060 or Cl1040 (Can't remember now) and I kept getting an error box - I held my shopping cart order until I could speak with a customer rep the next day. When I went into my order, my shopping cart had been deleted. I placed a new order but I was not happy to not receive the additional discount offered or pay for shipping.

Easy to navigate website and easy order process. Haven't received product yet so cannot comment on shipping speed or quality of product. Happy to do so once product arrives.

I was looking for some exercise equipment so I used the company my gym orders from. It was a pleasure. The only glitch was the product number in the catalog was different from the actual number. The shipping charge was a little high for the weight of my products.

The main problem was the slow connection to the website. I initially thought it was my connection but other sites worked just fine. nothing major but frustrating when I know what I want but cant get there and get done.
