I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the new temporary surcharge. While certainly not as important as health, one of the many byproducts of the Covid pandemic has been a disruption of the global supply chain which caused costs for raw materials and international shipping to skyrocket across all industries and product types. These costs rose to the point where some products became unsellable. Not wanting to raise prices and feeling that these costs will recede over time, we decided that adding this TEMPORARY surcharge to help cover some of these unexpected increases would be the fairest option. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will lower or remove the surcharge as soon as feasible. Hi Mary, Thanks for reaching out. On the free shipping ad, it states that some exclusions apply. Under the details on that promotion, is lists that items with shipping surcharges are excluded. The rack you ordered has a note on the product page explaining that it has a shipping surcharge due the weight and/or size of the item. It seems like most of the issues people are having deal with data clutter due to cookies and cache on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. I would suggest clearing your browser data and see if that helps fix the issues moving forward.
