Decent experience! Fast and easy!

Went fine, no issues

I have used Perform Better's equipment in the past and have enjoyed their use. The bands are durable -- as durable as banded equipment can be in a high volume situation. I have enjoyed training with the equipment. This purchase is my first time using Perform Better's website to make an order, and I found it to be slow, a little clunky, and liked to reload quite a bit. It is frustrating for this to occur when I'm reviewing purchases and deciding on what I actually need to purchase that it is my wishlist or cart.

It's that simple. I don't like having to remember or write down a username & passcode or "sign-up" just to place an order. This order would have gone to a competitor but checkout was too much of a hassle. Perform Better WON!! Thanks guys!!!

I called the number on my exercise band because I couldn't find the band online. Once I had the number, all was fine except there seems to be a glitch in the system when you get to check out. Please have your technicians take a look at this.

Anybody can make an order, if I can....

I wanted to sign-up but couldn't access the site....this was a bit frustrating so ordered as a guest.

Site is easy to navigate, and it seems that everything you need for functional/athletic training is right here. I seem to remember more demo vids in the past, would help me determine if I'd like to try a new product..
