I can only address the order experience; I haven't received the items I ordered. My trainer recommended the site, and it has everything I need. I found it easy to select and order the items I wanted, and easy to compare prices on similar items. One confusing point: when I checked out there was a note that said free shipping on orders over a certain amount, and my order was over that amount, but I guess the items I ordered didn't qualify (I ordered four separate items, two of each, so I was surprised that none qualified). Why advertise free shipping if you provide it for only a small, select number of items? Overall, a very good ordering experience!!

I found the site user friendly and the order was easy to place. The "SHOP10" promo I found a bit confusing as I didn't realize the promo for the 10% discount took away my free gift so I chose to remove the SHOP10 discount and take the free gift. It would have been nice if this would have been made more clear in the beginning.

I looked for tension loop and didn't get what I wanted. Fortunately there was a popup which gave me an idea of the correct search perameters.

First time ordering from Perform Better and it was a seamless process. At checkout I was provided a promo code for a 10% discount. Would have been 5 stars if the discount would have covered shipping cost. Overall really good experience.

Had some difficulty at first as the phone number on the equipment is not accurate. Once I googled the equipment, it was easy enough to navigate the site. However, it is a little slow and clunky. With that said, it gives you good suggestions for other products while you are shopping and the site is intuitive to use. Overall, a positive experience once you actually get to the site.

It is seriously amazing that more companies have not gone into the market of selling overpriced items necessary for health and wellness care. It is bad enough that the catalog and phone is the most efficient method of ordering, but the website navigates like it was built with an HTML editor from an AOL pre-app platform. And then a perfectly randomized shipping option of 1-7 days that is 10% of my order. I would understand if I had ordered anything with true weight; it was 10 rubber mats (shorter ones), the appropriate wall rack (1-2lbs) and the Gray Cook FMS unit. If I can order kettlebells in pairs for less shipping from 10 other sites, I should get at least expedited shipping on a package under 15 lbs. I must apologize for the above review. For transparency, I am leaving it in case someone has the same issue. Our IP address was experiencing issues because of our VoiP phone service; security measures on the site were making ordering a two hour process. It is not fair to judge a site under those conditions, so in case someone has the same issue, I leave my above complaint, redacted, but for review. My gripe about shipping stands (keeping this at 4 stars). But, the quality of your shipped products and speed were excellent. Thank you for responding to my post; it is uncommon to have timely response, ironically so, in the digital era.

Site was great to navigate. As a first time purchase, I tried to use the 10cart 10%off the first purchase, bbu it wwoul not apply the discount. Dissapointed about this, but I need the spikey ball yesterday, so I paid for the full amount. If anyone could fix this, aan apply the discount, that would be great! Thank you!
