Great products and prices but charge too much for shipping on smaller items. Items that are this small do not cost this much to ship. If you want to compete with other companies like Amazon, you will need to lower your shipping charges.

Perform better has been great for our facility to buy reasonably priced equipment with awesome customer service. Very happy with them.

some items can be better identified, especially when several versions/sizes appear in a single picture

I liked the web site and would suggest that you offer free shipping for orders of $50 or more to compete with Amazon. They offered your products (general purpose exercise bands) at a slightly higher price BUT without any explanation of the band strength. Thanks, Joanne Lustgarten

Response from Perform BetterFeb 29, 2016
Hi Tammy, we apologize for any confusion on our fitness mats. All dimensions are listed on each product page. Please let us know if you need further assistance or have any questions!

Web response time a little slow but not bad. Prices are higher than I expected. Some items I did not purchase were cheaper in local stores that carry similar items. Freight charges must be a profit center. I was going to order some $9 bands last week, but freight charges were about as much as the product, so I didn't., What I ordered this week was free freight over $59. I needed to replace an additional Cook exercise band that broke on me yesterday in addition to the bands from last week, so I got free shipping.
