Pros/What I Appreciate: The product reviews when available Videos for certain product descriptions Free shipping if you spend a certain amount Applied a 10% promo code Found everything I was looking for Sales/deals, picked up an item that I wasn't expecting to buy b/c it was a great deal Cons/Areas for Improvement: Page loading time is a bit slow for some reason More product reviews (most have 5 reviews or fewer) More product details, pictures, and videos for products (want to be certain that my expectations are in line with the actual specs of the product) Help choosing the right fit when the product is not one size fits all

Easy to use website.

Site was easy to navigate, product info was readily available. Generally a good shopping experience

I just ordered and the ordering process was really easy!! Will update when I receive my items.

web site doesnt look appeling but i trust your products

Need more room in shipping instructions box

My only complaint is that the site's search engine could not find Grey Cook's cable bar. However, an online chat fixed that. Jacob answered all the important question about the DVD with the kit and also a clarification that the MCS Slide Box was optional.

Website was a bit slow but I called and got it taken care of immediately.
