I have been ordering from Perform Better for 3+ years. Never a problem.

I have been ordering with Perform Better for a couple of years now and I have always received my products in a timely fashion and never damaged. I have however, had some issues with some of the learning material and every time they have either refunded, credited or sent me a new item. That is very rare for a company to have such a positive response to it's customers. I will never shop for fitness products anywhere else. In fact, I am trying to open my own facility and they have even given me a quote for free of fitness equipment to fit my budget. Perform Better is far and away the best in there industry.

I ordered an item from Perform Better, but UPS lost it. I called to let PB know and that same day they shipped a replacement, which I received today. I am extremely happy with their customer service.

the website is easy to use. I work out at a "fancy" health club and I like some simple options for exercise at home. PB products, so far, are the ones I find being used by the trainers at my club AND they seem to always be the ones I want at home. (only wish is that PB would make all of their products available through Amazon.com instead of just the ones I don't seem to want)
