Disappointed that I could not use the 10% off coupon upon checking out. Why have it posted if you cannot use it. This has happened more than once for me using the website…so I usually call and speak to someone in person.

lots of selection

I was going to order 14 different items during your April "free shipping" promo and right before clocking the order button, I realized that I was STILL being charged for shipping. Then, I went back and clicked on the details button and it mentions that basically nothing of weights (bars, KB, med ball, etc) are included in the promo. Why run a promo then if all items are not included?

huge free shipping statement on emails, on the webpage and then you see the tiny asterisk*! Doesn't really count for anything except little stuff, no kettlebells, weight plates, on and on. Not on anything that you need for your facility. So really it is free shipping on bands, dvds and misc supplies. Frustrating.

I found it very difficult to get the mouse to activate many of the last boxes on each webpage - next, order, etc. Had to click very hard 2-3 times to get it to work and almost gave up!

Shipping is too expensive!

My total order was $15 and its costing $10 to ship. My trainer referred me to your site and I needed the bands right away. When I need to purchase again, I will try to shop around for a more reasonable shipping charge.
