I expected to give a rave review... until the 'temporary fee' was added to my order. It was about 5%. If your sale prices were 5% less, I still would have felt it was a great sale. Instead, I have a horrible taste in my mouth about getting charged a 'fee' at the end. Poor business practice. I probably will never use your site again.

Product overpriced and shipping too high. Then there is this temporary surcharge. Seems like they are finding anyway to get more money.

I was impressed with the pricing of your products but shipping fees and temporary fees equal to almost 25% of cost seems excessive to me. While I understand shipping costs have risen this amount doesn't seem to match.

The balance disc I received was different than the one shown on the website and that my PT has at their place. It is rounded on the bottom instead of having a flat surface.

The shipping was $10 and it was more than what the product cost

I’m a repeat customer and appreciate the quality of your employees and products. I have an ethical issue with adding random surcharges for no reason. We work for our money, it’s taxed, they printed billions of dollars without any backing so I understand inflation is imminent, but to add sales tax, then $10 too high of a shipping charge for a small product, and then tell us you have to add on $2.50 to cover business expenses is a little bit embarrassing. You have opportunities as a business for PPP money, grants, etc and being blatantly disrespectful to your customers in this way isn’t good customer service. I’ve never seen anything like this and I order on-line from several businesses almost daily. When I last ordered, your prices were substantially lower with free shipping with a purchase over a certain amount as an incentive. Now there’s an added surcharge for nothing. I can’t imagine there weren’t/aren’t other options to eradicate the customer absorbing what is your issue as a business. I like your workout bands so I sucked it up but it’s wrong. Have the CEO and top executives lower their pay or deal with your business’s issues professionally. Our family had a business for 30 years and we’d never do anything like this. There were many months that we didn’t take home a profit. I’ve never left a negative yelp review, I’m not a Karen, this was just unbelievable and I had to say something. I wish your company the best bc previous to this, I was extremely impressed with your customer service and company. Respectfully,

I purchased 2 small bands that weighed less than 8 oz. and was overcharged for shipping that took over 7 days

$10 shipping is a lot for snailmail. I'm pretty sure that these bands could be shipped for $7 priority and be here tomorrow - feels like you are banking money on overcharges. I'll pay it, but a lot of people understandably move on to shop at companies that they don't want to support - like Amazon/Walmart - because of these types of choices made by smaller companies.
